Return and Refund Policy For Digital Downloads:

Please note that digital files are non-refundable. As a newbie in this field, I truly appreciate your patience and support as I grow. I'm committed to delivering quality digital products and resolving any issues you may encounter. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out at contact@vyaura.com — your feedback means a lot and helps me continue to improve.

Your purchased digital product files will be available for download via your link for 30 days.

Return and Refund Policy For Physical Products:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the time and date of the purchased goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail contact@vyaura.com

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the notification of cancelation. Due to Bank Processing times.

Conditions for returns for physical products:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications and/or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
